4 Fun Ways to Make Ruvi For Your Kids

1. Mix with Juice! This is perfect for those kids who have a sweet tooth! There are many options for juice that you can use to can mix in with Ruvi to help them better enjoy a Ruvi smoothie, but here are some of our favorite combinations:

  • Lemonade or limeade with Clean or Active
  • Pineapple, Orange, Mango juice (or a juice combo) with Boost

Instructions: Add the recommended 5-6 ounces of liquid into your blender - make half of that water and the other half your choice of juice. Add more juice to adjust the sweetness to your liking. Add some ice cubes, and blend in the blender!

2. Mix With Chocolate Milk! This is a great way to make a delicious chocolate smoothie that will include both protein, and the fruits & veggies your kids need in thier diet for the day. One of our favorite chocolate milk brands is Fairlife. We recommend mixing it with Ruvi Clean or Ruvi Focus.

Instructions: Pour at least 5-6 ounces of chocolate milk into your shaker bottle or blender. Next add in one packet of Ruvi followed by some ice cubes. Shake or blend, and then enjoy!

3. Make A Ruvi Smoothie With Yogurt! This is a simple way to enhance the Ruvi experience for your kids. Adding yogurt of your choice will give your Ruvi smoothie the perfect creamy texture your kids will enjoy.

4. Make Ruvi Popsicles! This is a great way to mix up the way your kids experience Ruvi, and a great way to have a healthy treat for them on demand anytime. And, because Ruvi is just fruits & veggies, it's a popsicle you can be ok with your kids eating before lunch or dinner.

Two Ways to Make Ruvi Popsicles:

  • Follow Instructions on the Ruvi Packet to mix Ruvi in it's simplest form. Pour the mixture into any popsicle mold. Stick in the freezer for later.

  • For a creamier popsicle, mix Ruvi with yogurt like mentioned above. Pour the mixture into any popsicle mold. Stick in the freezer for later.
