We purchased all the ingredients at Walmart for a week's supply of Ruvi, excluding Tart Cherry, Acai berry, Maqui berry, and Moringa since those items are hard to come by, and it cost $38.46. Compare that to Ruvi at $27.92 for a week's supply and you're getting a pretty good deal!
Because Ruvi is freeze dried it will be safe to consume for several years but recommend using it within 2 years for optimal performance. Because we don’t use additives, Ruvi may clump. We suggest massaging your packet prior to opening it.
Each Ruvi packet delivers 4 servings of fruits and vegetables (based on ½ cup serving size). Ruvi Focus, Ruvi Boost, and Ruvi Active give you 2 ½ servings of fruit and 1 ½ servings of vegetables. Ruvi Clean gives you 1 ½ servings of fruit and 2 ½ servings of vegetables.
Ruvi is a freeze dried whole food powdered drink. Most powders on the market are air dried or drum dried--inexpensive drying methods using high heat. The high heat destroys many of the nutrients in fruits and vegetables. Plus, those methods rely on purées or juices which strip out many of the beneficial components of the product. Ruvi is freeze dried. Think of taking the whole fruit or veg, flash freezing it, and then freeze drying it. We then mill down those freeze dried whole food pieces into a fine powder that you can easily mix into water and drink. Freeze drying is a gentle process that uses very low heat and pressure to remove the water — nothing else. It leaves you with all the good and none of the bad.

We get it, sometimes returns are necessary. If you need to place a return, you have 30 days from the time of receipt to return your product. Just contact our customer service team through chat on the website or at email@example.com. We will only accept unopened product in its original packaging in complete packs (i.e. full 8-pack). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please be sure to use a mail carrier that can track your order. Ruvi will not be responsible for lost shipments of returned products.

Click on the account icon in the upper right corner of goruvi.com. Once logged in, you will see a link to Manage Subscriptions.
Once logged in, select the Subscriptions tab, then click Manage Subscriptions on the right hand side. On the left hand side of the screen you will see what is currently in your subscription, along with how frequently it is being shipped to you and your next processing date. On the right hand side of the screen you will see all our products. If you hover over any product you will see the option to add that product as a one-time purchase to your next subscription delivery or add it to your subscription permanently.
Added subscription items automatically added in at a 30 day delivery schedule. If this is not what you are looking for, make sure to go back to subscriptions, click Manage Subscription on the added product, and change the delivery schedule on the left hand side to your preferred delivery schedule.
Once logged in, click Subscriptions. Next, click on Manage Subscriptions on the right hand side. To skip your next delivery simply click the Skip shipment button on the bottom left hand side. You will then confirm your choice to skip on the right side and your next delivery date will be shown.
To cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Click on the Subscriptions tab, and then click Manage Subscription. Scroll to the bottom of the page and on the left hand side you will click on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. On the following tab, you will be prompted to enter a cancellation reason. You will need to do this for every item you have an active subscription for.
Once logged in, click on Payment Methods which is located in the top navigation bar. From there, click the drop down arrow to disclose your current payment method and billing address. On this page you can update all of your billing information. You have the option to edit your payment method, or add a new payment method. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. You would edit the address in this section if your billing address has changed only.Once you have added a new payment method. You will need to click the Move Subscriptions button and move your active subscription to the new payment method.
Once logged in, click on Shipping Addresses which is located in the top navigation bar. From there, click the drop down arrow on the current shipping address you have listed and all subscriptions associated with that address will show. On this page you can update your shipping address and the payment method associated with that shipping address. Please note that this only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update your billing address related to the method of payment.
Once logged in, click on Subscriptions which is located in the top navigation bar, then select Manage Subscriptions on the right hand side. Once you’ve done that you will see a button on the left hand side that says Order Now, underneath your current subscription selection. Click Order Now and a verification will pop up on the right hand side asking you to click Order Now again. **Keep in mind that this will change your delivery schedule causing it to now be 30, 45, or 60 days from the day you chose Order Now.
Once logged in, click on Subscriptions which is located in the top navigation bar, then select Manage Subscription for the product you’d like to add the discount to on the right hand side. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see Add Discount on the left hand side. Click that button and add the discount code then click Apply Discount. *Please pay attention to your Next Order date to make sure it is within the timeframe of the discount code timeframe.
To pause your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Click Subscriptions and Edit, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Subscription. On the "Would you like to pause instead?" pop-up, select the amount of time you would like to pause your subscription. Take note of the next shipment date, which will reflect the pause duration. Click Pause Subscription.

2. On the passwordless login widget, enter the email address associated with your subscription. Click Send login code.
3. You will receive a 4-digit authentication code by email and text message. The 4-digit authentication code is valid for four minutes. If the code has not been used in four minutes, go back to Step 1 to request a new code.
**If you only have an email address on your account, you will only receive the 4-digit authentication code via email. If you have a valid phone number and email address on your account, you will receive the 4-digit authentication code via email and SMS. Enter the 4-digit code into the passwordless login screen.
