15 minute At-Home HIIT Workout with Wendy Iglesias

Wendy brings it in this all-new 15-minute HIIT workout that is designed to get you pumped! 


This is a tabata-style workout made up of 8 different compound exercises - no equipment required! Each exercise is 20 seconds with a 10 second rest between each. You then repeat the cycle 3 times. 


And let us tell you, it is a killer workout! 


Wendy’s workout will help you get your day started with high-powered movement, getting you in the right mindset for work, school, or whatever else you’re tackling on a day-to-day. 

 

Who is Wendy Iglesias?

Wendy is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She has an NASM Certification as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.

 

Wendy is passionate about living a healthy & fit lifestyle and wants to make a difference in other’s lives by helping them improve their health, longevity, and vitality through movement, mindset and macros (nutrition). 

 

She has been an online virtual health coach since June of 2018. Currently her focus is on helping clients reach their nutrition, health, fitness & weight loss/management goals through individualized programming and coaching. 

 

Wendy also leads wellness retreats that she likes to call “Vitality Vacations.” These are adventures to beautiful tropical locations, where the focus is on relaxation, rejuvenation and adventure with a health-minded focus. She is an avid traveler and loves to combine her passions for fitness & fun and share them with others.

 

She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband of nineteen years, two teen boys, their newly adopted dog, Luna, and a few chickens. She loves to garden, travel, and live life to the fullest!

15-minute Killer At-Home HIIT Workout with Wendy Iglesias


Each exercise is done for 20 seconds, followed by a 10 second rest.

  • High Knees
  • Running Man to Shoulder Taps
  • Squat to Straight Leg Kicks
  • Jump Lunge to Squat
  • Half Burpee Pike Ups
  • Wood Choppers (left side)
  • Wood Choppers (right side)
  • Bicycles
  • Core Killers

Repeat this cycle 3 times.

Cool down and stretch afterwards.
