This is a tabata-style workout made up of 8 different compound exercises - no equipment required! Each exercise is 20 seconds with a 10 second rest between each. You then repeat the cycle 3 times.

Wendy is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She has an NASM Certification as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
Wendy is passionate about living a healthy & fit lifestyle and wants to make a difference in other’s lives by helping them improve their health, longevity, and vitality through movement, mindset and macros (nutrition).
She has been an online virtual health coach since June of 2018. Currently her focus is on helping clients reach their nutrition, health, fitness & weight loss/management goals through individualized programming and coaching.
Wendy also leads wellness retreats that she likes to call “Vitality Vacations.” These are adventures to beautiful tropical locations, where the focus is on relaxation, rejuvenation and adventure with a health-minded focus. She is an avid traveler and loves to combine her passions for fitness & fun and share them with others.
She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband of nineteen years, two teen boys, their newly adopted dog, Luna, and a few chickens. She loves to garden, travel, and live life to the fullest!
