Returns

We are sorry you aren’t satisfied with Ruvi, but we get it, sometimes returns are necessary. If you need to place a return, you have 30 days from the time of receipt to return your product. Just contact our customer service team through chat or by emailing support@goruvi.com. We will only accept unopened packets. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please be sure to use a mail carrier that can track your order. Ruvi will not be responsible for lost shipments of returned products. You will receive a refund within 24 hours during business days once we receive your returned product.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your product for another one on Ruvi’s site, simply follow the instructions above for returns and order your replacement items on goruvi.com. 

Shipping Rates in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii

Orders $99 or more are free shipping. 

Orders below $99 are $9.00 shipping.

Shipping Rates in Canada

All orders are $16 shipping.

Shipping Times

The majority of orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping may take anywhere from 2-7 days. 

*Please note that due to border regulations, shipments to Canada will take 7-10 days longer.
