We are only transferring over our affiliates that are actively making sales! This simply means you will need to have made a sale any time in 2022. You have until July 25, 2022 to make a sale and be considered active. The official transfer to the new system will take place in late August.
Your affiliate account will be transferred to our new system and you will continue to be paid on your active customers going forward. No worries at all! Pending commissions will be paid before the system transfer, and all new commissions will be paid through our new platform.
You will not be automatically transferred to the new affiliate system. Your Ruvi Affiliate account will be disabled, and you will forfeit all customer connections and uncollected commissions (applies to affiliates who have not entered their payment info). If you want to come back and apply to be a Ruvi ambassador in the future we would love to have you be a part of this new program, but you will start over with acquiring customers!
No problem! Make sure to login to your dashboard, go to settings, and make sure your payment method is chosen, along with entering your address and tax id number. We will get you paid as long as you have all your payment info set up prior to late August when the official transfer happens.
Log in to your affiliate dashboard here. Once you are logged in, scroll down to the lower half of the Home tab under Details. Here you will see all your sales. If they show as January 1, 2022 or later, you're good to go and already considered active!

Yes, you may apply to become a Ruvi Ambassador once the program launches and then you can start sharing and selling Ruvi. Note that you will not keep any of your customer connections you have now if you are not considered active by July 25 (in the case that you are already active you will be transferred to the new program and you will not need to re-apply).
We will be transferring to a different, more robust platform that will provide better support and more opportunities to engage.
Yes your link will change when we transfer to our new ambassador program in late August. You will receive your new ambassador link and also your code within the new platform. That new link/code will stay the same from that time forward. For now please continue to use your current link.
We are super excited to announce a higher commission payout for Ruvi! You will be paid a 15% commission for a six month time period on each customer. After that six months is up your customer will need to reconnect with you via your link if you want to continue to earn commission on their purchases. Your hard work to retain and engage customers will absolutely payoff and we will reward that if you bring them back time and time again!
This new commission structure is highly generous and we feel it suits the affiliate and ambassador model of sales much better than our previous structure. We crunched all the numbers and did all the research necessary to feel that we are truly giving our Ruvi ambassadors, current and new, the best payout and reward possible going forward. If you are doing the work to share Ruvi with NEW people, the 15% commission will benefit you more than the current structure.
Here at Ruvi we are all about working with people who love our brand, love fruits & veggies and want to share that with the world! We love working with all our ambassadors, however in order for you to stay an active part of the Ruvi ambassador program there are some qualifications. We want this relationship to be mutually beneficial so be sure to keep up with the following requirements!
• Make at least one customer sale once in every 90 day period
• Share Ruvi sales & promotions
• Follow all Ruvi social media channels (@getruvi)
We don't have an exact day just yet, but the transfer will happen late August. Keep your eyes out for upcoming trainings for the platform! Until then, you can continue as usual using our current affiliate dashboard.
The official transfer to the new platform will take place in late August. Your six month connection to customers along with your 15% commission on your customers purchases will begin the same day as the official transfer. We will announce the exact date soon.
Payouts will be made once a month on the first Monday of each month. Payouts will be made via PayPal only. If you do not have a PayPal account and want to continue as a Ruvi Ambassador, we recommend signing up for one here at your own convenience as you will need it to set up your payment details when the official transfer happens in late August.
You will get a unique referral code that you can share with your network. This code will connect you to your customers so that future purchases will be credited to you. You may also use your unique referral website link.
Yes! Your unique ambassador code will have a 15% discount associated with it for new customers. If a customer has already purchased from Ruvi, the discount will not work. Your referral link will not have the discount associated with it, so be sure to always share your code.
Once your customer uses your code/link and is connected to you as your customer, they are then tied to you for the remainder of the agreed time (6 months for 15% commission or lifetime for 10% commission). They will not need to use your code/link again.
No. Our new platform does not allow us to continue to pay commissions on referral affiliates. But don't worry, we have other awesome opportunities for you!
You are the first to know that we will soon be launching a customer loyalty program! This will be a great tool that will incentivize your customers to continue purchasing Ruvi. As customers engage in activities like writing reviews and purchasing product, they will be awarded loyalty points that they can convert to product discounts. As a Ruvi Ambassador, your rewards come in the form of commissions so ambassadors will not receive loyalty points. However, we will have occasional opportunities for ambassadors to engage in missions to earn product discounts.
