Ruvi Smoothie with Yogurt
- 10 ounces liquid (juice, almond milk, water, milk, etc.)
- 1 packet of Ruvi
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen fruit
Tip: Juice will always make the smoothie sweeter! If you're using water or any type of milk, use sweetened yogurt if added sweetness is desired.
Instructions: Blend well in a blender for 60-90 seconds until smooth! Enjoy.
Ruvi Smoothie with Protein
- 10 ounces liquid (juice, almond milk, water, milk, etc.)
- 1 packet of Ruvi
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 3-4 ice cubes
Tip: This can be made in a shaker bottle or a blender!
Instructions: Blend well for 60-90 seconds until smooth! Enjoy.
Ruvi Smoothie with Healthy Fat
- 10 ounces liquid (juice, almond milk, water, milk, etc.)
- 1 packet of Ruvi
- 3/4 cup frozen fruit
- 2 Tbsp healthy fat (nut butter, whole nuts, seeds, avocado)
Tip: Add a handful of spinach or kale for extra veggies!
