2 very ripe bananas
1 package Ruvi Active
1 cup old fashioned oats
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh chopped strawberries
2 cups milk (chef's recommendation: half almond milk/half coconut milk)
1. Put ripe bananas, milk, and Ruvi in a blender and mix until smooth.
2. Put mixture into a medium bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Mix well and refrigerate 6-8 hours or overnight.
4. Top with more strawberries if desired. Enjoy for a healthy breakfast!
Yields 3 1/2 cups
