Ruvi Healthy Salad Recipe


Did you know leafy greens, such as spinach and kale, are excellent sources of fiber as well as nutrients like folate, vitamin C, vitamin K and vitamin A? Research shows that leafy greens also contain a specific type of sugar that helps fuel growth of healthy gut bacteria.

We're making 2023 all about gut health and getting in those greens. Ruvi makes it extra easy to get in your greens (and all the other fruits and veggies you need) with this healthy salad recipe, plus a Ruvi salad dressing! This delicious berry poppyseed vinaigrette is made with Ruvi Active, adding in that tart berry taste we all love!



  • Spinach
  • Strawberries
  • Feta cheese
  • Red Onion
  • Walnuts
  • Optional: Chicken

Salad Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1 packet Ruvi Active



  1. For the dressing put all ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined. Pour into a dressing container and keep in the refrigerator - up to 2 months.

  2. For the salad, place your preferred ration of each ingredient into a bowl. Add chicken for more protein if desired! Top with dressing and mix well. Enjoy!
