Ruvi Clean: filled with fruits and vegetables that aide in cleansing plus healthy digestion

Berries: Rich in fiber and prebiotics helping to aide a healthy digestive track

Avocado: Researchers have found that people who eat avocado every day as part of a meal have a greater abundance of gut microbes that break down fiber and produce metabolites that support gut health

Flax Seeds: With high fiber and omega-3 content, flax has long been used to relieve constipation and improve cardiac and digestive health

Chia Seeds: Act as a prebiotic which helps your stomach produce good bacteria that keep your digestive system working properly

Dairy Free Yogurt: Includes probiotics -- aka gut healthy bacteria



1 1/2 cup dairy free milk (oat milk or almond milk recommended!)

1 cup frozen mixed berries

1/2 cup dairy free vanilla yogurt

1/2 avocado

1/2 cup ice

1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds

1 Tbsp. chia seeds

Optional: Add in 1 packet Ruvi Clean to give your gut even more love!



  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well for 60-90 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
