There's also loads of protein and probiotics to keep your gut nice & healthy. This smoothie is a perfect snack or a great way to start your day!
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 cup vanilla almond milk
2 packet Ruvi Focus
1 cup Ice
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend for 90 seconds or until smooth. Enjoy!
Yield: 2-3 servings
