1 Ruvi Focus
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
2/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup (honey will work as well)
1/2 cup dried or freeze dried blueberries (roughly chopped)
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (roughly chopped)
1/3 cup raw almonds (roughly chopped)
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl until combined.
Roll into 1.5" balls and refrigerate.
Keep in the refrigerator for up to one week!
