Ruvi Active Recipe, Cherry Chocolate Protein Energy Bites

This recipe is perfect as a snack or addition to lunch (or any meal you want!) Better yet, with Ruvi Active in the mix, you are getting 8 different fruits and vegetables in every bite! You'll be filled with natural, raw energy from all of the great protein and good fats from the chai seeds, nuts, and coconut shreds. This recipe provides clean, whole energy for the whole family. 

 

Serving Size: 8  (16 "bites")   

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

1/2    cup  chopped dried cherries

1/2    cup   milk chocolate chips

3/4    cup   old fashioned oats

1/2    cup   unsweetened coconut shreds

1/4    cup   chia seeds

1       packet Ruvi Active

3/4    cup   almond butter

1/4    cup   pure maple syrup

Instructions

1. In a large bowl add all ingredients and mix well until incorporated.

2. Scoop 1-2 tablespoons of mixture into your hands. Roll into bites and enjoy!

3. Store in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
