Looking for a healthy breakfast recipe? Start your day right with this nutrition overnight oat recipe. This recipe is easy to prep, convenient, and filled with whole, clean nutrition. Plus, it's dang good for your heart and cardiovascular health. 

Say hello to vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, as well as some high quality omega-3 fats! On top of it all, it TASTES SO GOOD.

If you want to increase your energy levels and maintain a healthy mood throughout the morning, go out and snag these ingredients and make it happen with Strawberry Vanilla Overnight Oats.


Yields 3 1/2 cups


2     very ripe bananas

1     package of Ruvi Active

1     cup old fashioned oats

2     tablespoons chia seeds

1     teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2  cup fresh chopped strawberries

1     cup almond milk

1     cup coconut milk


1. Put ripe bananas, milk, and Ruvi in a blender and mix until smooth.

2. Put mixture into a medium bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.

3. Mix well and refrigerate 6-8 hours or overnight.

4. Enjoy for a healthy, whole breakfast!
